Capacity Building Series 2024 : Diabetes Management - Primary Healthcare Perspective
In this workshop, Prof. Poon Kwok-Ming Paul will address the role of community pharmacists in managing patients with type II diabetes in the community or primary care setting. As a practicing primary care doctor, Prof. Poon will provide insights into the latest guidelines and practical tips related to antidiabetic drug management, lifestyle modification, and patients’ self-management.
