This is an in-service training organised by the St. Paul's Hospital to promote medication safety and to strengthen the safety culture among hospital clinical professionals. It aims to reinforce compliance with procedures and guidelines relating to the overall medication use process.

There will be sharing of reported medication incidents and implemented risk reduction strategies/improvement measures. Relevant staff will be able to understand the management and reporting process in the event of medication incident.
