Patient engagement is a critical component of effective communication between healthcare providers and patient. This is important not only in one-to-one patient counselling, but also when delivering educational talks and presentations to patients. Pharmacist and Dispenser grade staff are invited to join this sharing session to learn practical tips and techniques that can help improve the impact and effectivness of their patient interactions.
This is an in-service training for HA staff.
1 CPE point will be awarded by the College of Pharmacy Practice to pharmacists who have met the attendance requirement AND passed the post-training assessment.
